Got up about 10:30 ish, showered and had a bite to eat. Much financial brainworking ensued, to ensure Dave's credit card would be correctly compensated.

A fine carvery at a pub in Lydney caused more financial exchange, then a final cheque writing session completed what we think is the correct distribution of funds. If it isn't, I doubt any of us has the motivation to correct it.

Depart Chez Whettam at about 4:15. Arrived back at the boat yard near Bath 5:00, some 565 miles (plus two ferry journeys and countless tacks across Lough Derg) later.
